Recipes at a glance
Every recipe you'll find here is made from fresh, organic, whole foods and highly allergy-friendly: low in histamine and without gluten, lactose, refined sugars, fructose, soy or harsh spices. Occasionally I'll use some nuts, a little raw goat's cheese and the odd egg (usually for baking) for which I'll also suggest substitutes, but other than that the recipes are 100% plant-based and should be safe to enjoy for even the most sensitive souls. And they are quite simply, delicious. I hope you'll enjoy them as much as I have! :)
